Reflective film adhesion tester is specially designed and produced for measuring the adhesion of reflective film in production, quality supervision, engineering construction and supervision. 3. Structure and composition

The reflective film adhesion tester is mainly composed of a steel hammer, a steel hammer hook, a base and a support rod.

4. Operation steps

Cut a 150mm×25mm reflective film, remove a 100mm long release paper from one end, and paste it on an aluminum alloy plate with a thickness of 2mm according to the manufacturer's instructions to make a test sample of adhesion performance.

Place the sample under standard test conditions for 24 hours, then hang the sample horizontally with the reflective film facing down, and hang the standard weight on the free end of the reflective film with a hook to make it sag at an angle of 90° with the sample. The reflection is measured after 5 minutes The length L that the film is peeled off. Judge the adhesion of the reflective film according to the standard.

5. Matters needing attention

5.1 In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, the reflective film sample should be prepared as much as possible before the measurement, and the reflective film should be attached;

5.2 In order to ensure the accuracy of the quality of the steel hammer, the steel hammer should be properly kept and inspected and calibrated regularly;

5.3 The hanging of the steel hammer should be balanced and stable during measurement;

6. Storage

The instrument and its accessories should be stored in a dry, clean, stable and vibration-free environment, free of corrosive materials and gases.
